FCLS-2100 Liquid Seal for Fuel Cells

The FCLS-2100 is a two-component epoxy based liquid fuel cell seal. There is no negative effect on the fuel cell membrane or electrode before or after curing and curing with the fuel cell. The operating temperature of the cured seal is -40ºC to + 125ºC. It is compatible with pure oxygen. Components A and B are prepared by mixing 1: 1 (equal)  by weight or by volume. The mixture has a working life of 3 hours after mixing. It cures at room temperature (25ºC) for 48 hours. Increasing the temperature decreases the curing time. It is cured within 20 minutes at 120ºC. The cured polymer is elastomeric and the hardness is 60 Shore A. For best results, air bubbles should be removed by applying vacuum after preparation of mixture. Available in 10cc, 30cc, 50cc syringe tubes and in 100cc, 250cc, 500cc and 1000cc bottles.
