Nafion™ Membrane HP

Nafion ™ HP is an ultra-thin membrane with high power density. The membrane is reinforced and designed for low relative humidity environments and high operating temperatures. This long-lasting reinforced membrane is based on the chemically stabilized perfluorosulfonic acid / PTFE copolymer in the form of acid (H +). Reinforcement improves the use and physical properties of the membrane. When the reinforcement is combined with the chemically stabilized polymer, the Nafion ™ HP membrane exhibits a significantly lower fluoride ion release as well as longer operating stability under challenging fuel cell conditions.
