Redox Flow Battery Test Cell

Flow batteries are electrochemical systems that convert chemical energy into electrical energy, such as standard rechargeable batteries or fuel cells. In contrast to fuel cells, the liquid phase anode and the reducing and oxidizing substances in the cathode are circulated in the fluid battery cell by means of a pump. Thus, the electrochemical energy in the stored liquid is electrically released.
